Customer Order Processing Expert National

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Organization of the national COP processes to ensure a smooth and stable business operation of the subsidiary
  • Analysis and optimization of national COP processes in coordination with the Expert International
  • Point of contact on national level for requirements and challenges with the COP/SLS processes (Order2Cash)
  • 1st level support for the ERP system for all teams and business units for the COP business processes
  • Creation of reports, presentations and documentation for the COP business processes
  • Responsibility for the results of the COP KPIs provided by the Experts International; this includes the proactive analysis of deviations, the creation of suitable measures for target achievement and up-to-date order data
  • Information and check of adaptions for national legal- and taxation requirements in case of effects to the existing process chain (e.g. change of invoice layout, implementation of invoicing portals, government portals, etc.)
  • Proactive information and contact of the Experts International in case of current topics or disturbances in the logistics chain (e.g. local lockdowns, shortages, changes in the logistics times, reduced availability of different means of transport, etc.) and proactive contribution to solution finding
  • Hold regular trainings for new employees in the COP department and the national teams, as well as perform refresh-trainings for existing employees (e.g. regular back office meetings, admin experience exchange, etc.)
  • Ensure information flow to internal interface partners, such as upstream, internal, service, finance, etc.
  • Keep the national training documents and training plans up-to-date in the local language
  • Customer order processing incl. invoicing
  • Master data maintenance (customer order processing)
  • first point of contact for process audits carried out by Fronius International
  • Testing for national tool- and process adaptions in coordination with the Expert International (e.g. ERP software tests).
  • Keep in touch with Experts National COP of other subsidiaries (especially of the same time zone / area) for best practice, experience exchange, support, synergy effects in case of trainings, admin meetings, etc.
  • Permanent support of all related software tools including the identification of potential for improvement in coordination with the Experts International (e.g. shipping.net)
  • Planning, coordination and execution of Operations Supply Chain Process Audits in all national teams (if applicable)
  • Contribution in national and international COP projects following the Fronius International project management standards. If necessary, the Experts National can also be installed as project leaders.
  • Leading role in experience exchange with Experts National COP of other subsidiaries (especially of the same time zone / area) for best practice, experience exchange, support, synergy effects in case of trainings, admin meetings, etc.
  • National user settings or system settings in limited scope
  • Taking over partially or fully the Expert National COP functions for additional subsidiaries or markets (e.g. for neighboring countries, economic zones or market expansions). (if applicable)
  • Performs any additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Possess a valid Passport or have the ability to obtain and pay for a valid Passport.
  • Completed technical and/or business education with focus on import/export trade or logistics (university, technical college, or comparable further education/training)
  • 3+ years of professional experience in the field of logistics is required.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems a plus.
  • Basic technical understanding and logical thinking.
  • Structured, independent, and responsible way of working.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Openness to new challenges.
  • Interest in further developments and optimizations.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Flexibility.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office products).

  • Employees will perform duties in an office environment and a field setting.
  • Employees will be occasionally exposed to tripping hazards.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually low to medium.
