In your new role, you will:
Manage customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring on‑time, in‑full fulfilment and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance to resolve issues and secure smooth order and delivery flows.
Ensure that customer‑specific documentation and compliance requirements are met and that regional stock/warehouse activities are well aligned.
Take responsibility as key user for Order Management processes and systems, providing first‑level support, creating training materials and supporting testing and roll‑outs.
Contribute to continuous improvement and digitalisation initiatives in Order Management and SC&L Dubai.
What You Offer
Should possess University degree or comparable education.
5 years experience in customer service, order management, supply chain or logistics, ideally in the UAE and/or wider MEAF region.
Strong understanding of Order‑to‑Cash processes and logistical concepts; experience with regional stock or warehouse coordination is an advantage.
Proficient user of ERP and other digital tools used in order management; experience as key user or trainer is a plus.
Fluent in English; Arabic or other regional languages are an advantage.
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, with a service‑ and quality‑oriented mindset.
Analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently within defined frameworks.
