Purpose of the role:

The purpose of this role is to plan, execute, evaluate trade marketing and shopper activation activities for Haleon products in the Ukrainian pharmacy channel. This includes developing motivation programs, ensuring strong in‑store visibility, managing POS materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of promotional initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of customer and trade‑marketing activities in the pharmacy channel.

  • Developing in‑store materials, and coordinating their production, delivery, and stock management.

  • Organize and track promotional activations, maintaining promo trackers and required documentation.

  • Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing program results and visibility performance.

  • Support the development of merchandising standards and visit points of sales to understand shopper behavior.

  • Collaborate with sales, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure execution excellence.

  • Managing tenders, agreements, warehouse stock, and contract management related to customer marketing activities.

Requirements:

  • Relevant education or equivalent practical experience in marketing, trade marketing, or sales.

  • Experience of work in trade marketing/marketing/sales, for 1 year as a minimum.

  • Level of English B1 minimum.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with basic graphic tools is an advantage.

  • Good organizational skills, multi-tasking, the ability to solve non-standard tasks, ability to work under tight deadlines, ability to prioritize.

  • Creative approach, analytical thinking, ability to adapt and learn new tools or processes.

  • Project management experience would be a plus.
