About the role
As the Customer Marketing Manager OTC at our Munich office, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of shopper and customer activations for our leading brands, including Voltaren, Vitasprint, and Centrum. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless execution of these programs, working in close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Comex teams. This cross-functional partnership is essential to align our business objectives and strategies, maximizing growth opportunities while meeting the needs of our customers and shoppers.
In this role, you will be accountable for the flawless execution and implementation of annual brand plans. You are a proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently. Your background in Customer/Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, or Sales, combined with your passion for collaborating with cross-functional teams, will be key to delivering outstanding results. Your flexibility and resilience will be crucial to thriving in this dynamic position.
Key responsibilities:
Execute shopper marketing strategies at the (digital) point of sale to maximize shopper engagement and sales.
Work closely with Sales & Commercial Excellence teams to implement marketing initiatives that align with retailer objectives.
Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing campaigns.
Monitor in-store marketing activities and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Support the development of promotional materials and in-store displays to enhance brand presence.
Analyze sales data and shopper feedback to optimize marketing efforts and report on campaign performance.
Qualifications and skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2+ years experience in a Customer or Brand marketing role, with a focus on retail or FMCG environments.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality marketing executions.
Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools to assess campaign performance.
