Marketing Data Executive – Paddy Power
Marketing Data Team within the Marketing Services Department at Flutter UKI
Reports to: Marketing Data Manager
Location: Dublin, London or Leeds
We’re looking for a Marketing Data Executive who can turn customer data into highly relevant, compliant, multi-channel communications. You’ll build accurate data selections, support automated lifecycle journeys, and ensure campaigns are targeted and performance driven.

Build and validate customer audience selections using SQL and segmentation models
Support design & execution of automated and triggered CRM programmes across lifecycle stages
Ensure campaign accuracy, GDPR compliance and safer-gambling regulatory adherence
Interpret commercial objectives and translate them into relevant communication plans
Build campaigns with appropriate measurement logic to enable clear critical metric reporting
Monitor performance and find opportunities for optimisation and scale
Partner with CRM, BI and Data Science to improve targeting and personalisation
Utilise workflow management tooling to scope, prioritise and track campaign delivery
Oversee data and tooling integrity, proactively calling out issues for fast resolution
Provide campaign insights that help shape future direction and customer retention
Experience working in CRM campaign delivery, database-driven lifecycle marketing or marketing automation roles
Hands-on experience with enterprise CRM campaign management tools (e.g., Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, Braze, Acoustic — Bloomreach a bonus)
Working knowledge of SQL (or a similar query language) to build, review and optimise audience selections
Validated delivery in fast-paced commercial environments with multiple challenging priorities
Prior experience working within regulated industries with knowledge of GDPR, data protection principles, suppression logic and customer safety rules
Able to work with raw data to analyse campaign performance, draw conclusions and solve problems
Highly organised with exceptional project and time management skills
Collaborative team-player, contributing to enhancements and improvements to tools and ways of working
Clear communicator, comfortable engaging stakeholders and seeking context where needed
Curious, analytical approach - always looking for smarter, more efficient execution
Advantageous: exposure to AWS, HTML/Jinja/JavaScript
