About you and this role
Dow is seeking an Arabic speaking Customer Manager to oversee and grow a portfolio of medium to large accounts of moderate complexity—starting with maintenance and progressing toward growth in alignment with the sales and marketing strategy.
This role covers the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey (MEAT) region and focuses on water-based emulsion polymers and additives used in textiles, non-wovens, and adhesives applications. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships end-to-end, developing and executing account and territory plans, and coordinating cross-functional resources to deliver volume, value, and an exceptional customer experience.
Additionally, you will serve as a member of the Acrylics EMEA MMT, representing MEAT-related projects and priorities within the regional strategy.

Responsibilities
Manage an account portfolio; build, execute and continuously refine account plans and the regional territory plan.
Lead and coordinate customer relationships, uncovering needs and shaping differentiated value propositions; identify and pursue cross‑business growth opportunities.
Develop and execute the sales/marketing plan to deliver volume and value targets.
Collect and leverage market intelligence (customers, channels, competitors, applications) to shape pricing, portfolio, and growth bets.
Lead negotiations (price, terms, contracts) and implement price changes in line with business guidance.
Collaborate cross‑functionally (Customer Service, Supply Chain, TS&D, Marketing, Finance/Credit, Legal) to improve CX and resolve issues quickly.
Use core commercial tools at expert level: CRM, SmartPrice, DSR, and CMT for pipeline, pricing and performance management.
Deliver growth, including cross‑business opportunities and new applications.
Represent MEAT in the Acrylics EMEA MMT, ensuring regional priorities and projects are visible and sequenced appropriately.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Chemical discipline a plus.
5+ years of relevant B2B sales/account management experience (chemicals, materials or adjacent industrial sectors preferred).
Proven success managing mid‑to‑large accounts and delivering growth.
Fluency in Turkish, English, and Arabic is required.
