Boeing Aerospace OperationsThe Government Training Engineering (GTE) organization is seeking a talented individual to support Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Air Dominance / Phantom Works Programs. In this role, you will collaborate with experienced pilots and maintainers of high-performance 4th and 5th generation fighter aircraft to design and develop engaging courses, curricula, and training modules. You will utilize instructional design models, theories, and multimedia tools to achieve specific learning objectives.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Career or Expert Customer Instructional Systems Designer (Instructional Design)
As a Customer Instructional Systems Designer, you will lead the creation and delivery of innovative technical learning solutions tailored to our platforms and contracts. Your expertise in needs assessments, learning objectives, course structure, instructional methodologies, and technology will enhance Boeing’s pilot and maintainer training programs.
You will primarily support our Air Dominance CD&I team for Fighters and Autonomous Aircraft contracts with the Air Force, Navy, and Marine Corps. There may also be opportunities to assist with Air Force and Navy Mobility, Bombers, Surveillance Aircraft, and Army Vertical Lift Platforms.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at our Maryland Heights or Hazelwood, MO facility.
