Customer Experience Specialist – Dallas, TX
The starting salary for this trainee role is $30.53 per hour which is $61,500 annually.

Sign on bonus: $1,500 for candidates who hold an adjuster’s license that is active and in good standing.

GEICO is looking for highly motivated Customer Experience Specialists who will help manage the end-to-end claims experience for GEICO’s customers, claimants, and partners as they navigate the ins and outs of vehicle repairs.

Our industry-leading paid trainee program includes 3 weeks of required hands-on experience at our Ashburn, VA training facility. Let GEICO teach you how to manage a claim to ensure that all aspects are resolved quickly and efficiently to help your customers get back on the road. Your unique skillset along with our industry leading training will help you:

  • Understand vehicle estimating and how to navigate the repair process and equitable settlements
  • Oversee rental vehicle authority
  • Manage the fine details of a claim, like car seat replacements or additional covered policy endorsements

This is an in-office position which will require candidates to work from our Dallas, TX office located at 2280 N Greenville Ave, Richardson, TX 75082. As a Customer Experience Specialist every day will be spent working directly with GEICO customers, claimants, and other interested parties like tow yards, rental companies, and body shops. Our Customer Experience teams support our customers on the front lines and provide support via phone, email, text or chat options to best serve our customers.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Critical thinking and decision making in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to prioritize work and multi-task, while navigating through multiple business applications
  • Experience with KPIs and measurable goals
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Active Insurance Adjusters license (preferred)
