Job Description


The Role

The Customer Experience Partner ensures an outstanding customer journey by serving as the first point of contact for enquiries, from basic website support to complex technical troubleshooting. The role also gathers and shares customer feedback with internal teams to drive product improvements and enhance the overall customer experience.

What You'll be Doing

  • Act as the first point of contact via phone, chat, and email, resolving customer enquiries of varying complexity.

  • Take ownership of issues end-to-end, collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

  • Build strong customer relationships, share feedback, and drive product adoption.

  • Coordinate artwork, templates, system updates, and reporting with cross-functional teams.

  • Manage billing reconciliation, supplier invoices, and payment follow-ups.

  • Resolve helpdesk tickets within SLA requirements while maintaining high attention to detail.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and perform well in high-pressure environments.

  • Proficiency in customer support and communication software, including Freshdesk and 3CX.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.

  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
