Job Summary: This position is located in the Sales and Marketing Directorate, Sales Division, Customer Experience Branch at the United States Mint. Along with the Associate Director, Deputy Associate Director, and Division Chiefs, the incumbent ensures Customer Experience Branch activities are aligned with the United States Mint's Strategic Plan, Core Values, and vision direction of the Deputy Director.
Major Duties:
Qualifications: You must meet the following requirements within 14 days of the closing date of this announcement. The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. Specialized Experience: For the GS-14, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: - Identifying program effectiveness and making recommendations to improve performance; AND - Recommending goals, strategies, and plans required to meet program objectives; AND - Leading or managing a team of employees and monitoring their progress towards achieving project goals and objectives. In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable: For the GS-14 you must have been at the GS-13 level for 52 weeks.
