Join our Customer Experience team as an intern and gain hands on exposure to enterprise level CX initiatives, working alongside experienced professionals who are shaping how Smith+Nephew delivers value across the business.

Location: Wrocław, Poland

Duration: 12 months

Required: Student status throughout the entire internship

What will you be doing?

As a Customer Experience Intern, you will be part of a growing team driving strategic, cross organisational CX initiatives. From supporting large scale projects to helping shape how customer journeys are designed and documented, your work will contribute directly to improving quality, consistency and impact across the organisation.

You will support customer journey mapping activities, assist with experience audits, and help maintain CX standards, frameworks and tools that enable teams to work in a more customer centric way. Alongside this, you will be involved in day to day team activities, collaborating with stakeholders and contributing ideas that help turn CX theory into practical, usable outcomes.

This is an opportunity to learn by doing, building a strong foundation for a future career in Customer Experience, Service Design, UX or Strategy.

What will you need to be successful?

Success in this role comes from curiosity, structure and collaboration. You will thrive if you bring:

  • A strong interest in Customer Experience, Service Design or related disciplines, supported by academic study or self directed learning

  • The ability to learn quickly and apply new frameworks, methodologies and tools in a practical way

  • Excellent communication skills in English and confidence working with documentation, analysis and presentations

  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with the confidence to contribute ideas while working within defined CX standards
