Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customer experience activities for customers who are onboarded into the Maersk environment.

  • Assist with customer channel management and basic case follow‑up activities.

  • Support customer onboarding, relationship management, and documentation processes.

  • Assist with contract, dispute, and case documentation as required.

  • Perform administrative and operational tasks to support the wider Customer Experience team.

  • Follow standardized work routines and operational procedures under supervision.

  • Apply independent judgment within defined guidelines and escalate non‑routine or complex issues to supervisors or experienced colleagues.

  • Support collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth customer service and operations.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Customer Experience and administrative teams.

Who We Are Looking For:

Someone with:

  • A basic understanding or strong interest in customer service, logistics, supply chain, or administrative operations.

  • Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to support tasks independently within defined guidelines.

  • Willingness to learn and follow standardized work routines and processes.

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

  • No prior professional experience is required — training and on‑the‑job learning will be provided.
