Customer Experience Consultant

We are looking for a highly motivated “Customer Experience Consultant” to join our team in supporting one of the world’s best-known brand in managing its Supply Chain. The role and team offer a great opportunity to learn, develop and challenge yourself.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated supply chain plans covering demand, supply, inventory, and distribution.
  • Coordinate with 3PLs, carriers, warehouses, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of logistics operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess and obsolescence.
  • Analyze demand forecasts and adjust supply plans to meet service level and cost targets.
  • Identify and resolve supply chain disruptions, delays, and capacity constraints proactively.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, visibility, and cost optimization.
  • Manage order planning and replenishment to ensure on-time and in-full (OTIF) delivery performance.
  • Track and report KPIs such as service level, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, and logistics cost.
  • Collaborate with procurement, customer service, transport, and warehouse teams to align execution with planning.
  • Ensure accurate data management within ERP, planning systems, and control tower platforms.
  • Support network optimization and scenario planning for demand or supply fluctuations.

We are looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Experience Role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or in logistics, business, or a related field is an asset.
  • Capability to multi-task.
  • Working well independently and in a team environment.
  • Patience when handling tough cases.
  • Customer service or customer support experience is a plus.
  • Good communication in Arabic and English both in written and speaking.
