Key Responsibilities
Analyze customer surveys and feedback to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and implement creative, data-driven solutions to enhance customer experience.
Proactively reach out to customers with tailored resolutions based on findings.
Manage time-sensitive issues while meeting tight deadlines in a high-volume environment
Monitor and evaluate customer interactions for quality assurance (QA) purposes.
Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency.
Review and respond to BBB complaints with well-structured, customer-focused solutions.
Lead and contribute to customer-facing projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in customer service or customer experience roles.
Familiarity with Moving Help services or similar industries.
Experience with QA monitoring, complaint resolution, or customer analytics.
