Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Customer Excellence Collections Analyst to join our Finance Shared Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing cash inflows and managing the end-to-end resolution of invoice queries and disputes to ensure timely accounts receivable clearing.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Lead collection activities for an allocated customer portfolio by executing telephone reminders and dunning actions to achieve weekly cash targets and maintain accurate account records.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Credit Manager and Dispute Resolution teams, to resolve complex invoice discrepancies and provide actionable data for internal and external reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational financial standards and group provision rules while identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement within the credit control environment.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in a large-value commercial Credit Control or collections environment, with a track record of resolving historical debt.
  • Strong knowledge of the dunning process and professional proficiency in English (level C1 or above).
  • Proven ability in analytical problem-solving, stakeholder management, and maintaining professional communication under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in IT tools, specifically Oracle Advanced Collection Module or similar ERP systems.
