Customer Engagement Training (CET) Program Manager - EU Clusters

Role Summary

The IDM CET Program Manager is responsible for providing end-to-end program support to the EU Customer Engagement Training team. The role acts as the central coordinator for training‑related activities across the IDM region, ensuring smooth execution, compliance, and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

The role is responsible for MEL operations (SAP SuccessFactors Learning - LMS), training provider submissions/exams management, preparation and processing of learner packs, utilization of key Pfizer systems and processes, translations management, GCMA (Global Compliance Monitoring and Auditing) training materials management, data reporting, logistical support, and eLF (eLearning Factory) support for the admin process.

This role participates as a strategic partner, thoroughly understands the skills and brand training needs and plans and assists the Training Managers in coordinating the training programs from organizing self-led and instructor-led trainings to the evaluation and tracking of the training programs. The role works very closely with the Brand Training Managers to assure brand training compliance for new and existing colleagues across the region as per local country requirements to successfully represent Pfizer in the marketplace.

The role acts as a key member of the IDM micro-learning (e.g. QStream) and/or other AI solutions project team and works with regional stakeholders at the ICO as well as with local country stakeholders to ensure the proper planning, execution and reporting of campaigns.

The role is also responsible for leading other training initiatives such as the rollout and maintenance of the brand training certification initiative, product champions model.

Key Interactions: CET IDM Team, CET EU Clusters Team, GCET Colleagues, I4G and VMG Commercial Colleagues and Managers.

Key External Interactions: Vendors, Consultants

Role Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the planning and delivery of instructor‑led brand training in collaboration with Training Managers

  • Ensure and track brand training compliance across the EU cluster in line with local country requirements

  • Work with the Micro-learning / AI Platforms  Project Lead and the external vendor to plan, execute and report campaigns across the IDM region

  • Manage and coordinate the product champions model across EU Markets.

  • Management of all training contents.

  • Support MEL operations and act as a point of contact for in-market/cluster or global teams.

  • Provide MEL support, including curricula, questionnaire, class, and course set up

  • Prepare and process learner packs, including attendance reports, exam reports, and credit learners in MEL and other relevant tracking tools

  • Generate data reports on course registration and delivery

  • Utilize key Pfizer systems and processes (GCMA, DK1, Docusign, MEL, iCOMPLY, Qstream, NeoOptima, etc.)

  • Assist with translations management and coordination

  • Manage GCMA training materials, including approval and medical reviews

  • Provide logistical support for meetings and training sessions

  • Assist with the admin process for the eLF platform

  • Manage training provider submissions/exams

Education, Skills, and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in similar role

  • Experience with the SAP SuccessFactors LMS and Qstream would be preferred

  • English language competency: ability to speak and present English in a business setting

  • Familiarity with translations management and coordination is a plus.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), quickly acquire familiarity with new technologies and interested in developing digital competencies (MS-SharePoint, MS-Lists,…)

  • Capable in data reporting and analysis
