As our creative universe expands, we are looking for a Customer Engagement & Loyalty Manager to play a key role in shaping the future of our 360° customer experience and loyalty. In this strategic role, you will design and drive holistic customer journey development across brand, content, commerce, and loyalty—creating authentic, seamless, and inspiring experiences that drive business performance.
WHAT YOU’LL DO AT IMNB
Through strategic thinking, data‑driven insight and close cross‑functional collaboration, you will deepen customer relationships, strengthen brand love, and drive long‑term value. By combining data with brand marketing and community engagement, you will help ensure our brands continue to enchant and inspire audiences worldwide, while keeping our unique design‑led story alive.
Develop and drive comprehensive customer engagement strategies, focusing on CRM growth and Loyalty engagement.
Enhance and grow loyalty programs, creating compelling value propositions and seamless customer communication across online, physical retail and other owned channels.
Collaborate with eCommerce, retail, and brand marketing teams to craft a cohesive and engaging customer journey.
Leverage customer insights to optimize campaigns and enrich the omnichannel experience.
Drive KPIs such as retention rates, repeat purchases, and customer lifetime value.

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5 years of experience in customer engagement, CRM, loyalty marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
2-3 years focused on designing, optimizing, and measuring customer loyalty programs.
Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing loyalty programs.
A strong consumer focused mindset with strategic and data driven thinking.
Excellent cross functional collaboration skills and digital fluency.
Creative problem solver with outstanding communication and storytelling abilities.
Result oriented with a focus on performance and project leadership.
Fluent in verbal and written English and fluency in either Finnish, Swedish, German, Danish, or Japanese is a bonus.
