JOB PURPOSE 

Unilever is the place where you can bring your purpose to life with the work that you do – creating a better business and a better world.  If you are passionate about food, be the best solutions provider & enjoy the culinary side where you’ll need to recruit, manage, develop, and expand customer base while increasing number of SKUs per customer then this role is just for you! 

 

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE 

Owns and manages all potential Customers’ sales targets and KPIs. 

Manages, builds relationships, and serves own customers in HORECA Channel (Hotels, Restaurants & Caterings) To become a trusted advisor by providing a complete culinary solution based on a clear understanding of the customer’s business, macro environment, UFS products and UFS capabilities. 

Provides win-win solutions for the above-mentioned customers and UFS, helps customers increase revenue and/or efficiency in their establishment and at the same time gain new product listings and increase existing volume usage of current SKU’s. 

Takes calculated risks to win and keep customers (Hotels, Restaurant, Catering) 

Demonstrate UFS SKUs with the required killer application to close the deal. 

Make financial customer profitability-based decisions. 

Implement promotions from Marketing in HORECA channel (Hotels, Restaurants & Caterings). 

Use the CRM software (Salesforce) during your daily activities.

Experiences & Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business. 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Foodservice industry is a Must as outdoor sales in Riyadh. 

  • Strong understanding of Selling Skills to HORECA Customers.  

  • Fluent in Arabic (spoken). 

  • Fluent in English (written & spoken). 

  • Experience with Key customers like hotels cluster, Top QSR, Casual Dining restaurants and Catering is a MUST.  

 

Skills 

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. 

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 

  • Data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making. 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Ability to do outdoor sales in daily base by visiting 8-10 customers per day with an effective route plan. 

  • Culinary appreciation and the ability to cook food. 

  • Excellent command in Microsoft applications (Excel & PowerPoint) 

  • Good financial knowledge. 

  • Good knowledge in using CRM software (Salesforce).
