As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Customer Delivery Representative to join our team in Townsville.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll work behind the scenes to keep our operations running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Supporting the Club Assist network, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our customers and contractors receive the right products, at the right time.
What you’ll be doing:
Delivering stock to customers as per scheduled runs, ensuring timely and reliable service
Maintaining consistent service frequency across your customer base
Completing daily safety checks and adhering to HSE standards
Accurately managing stock and cash movements
Processing warranty replacements in line with Club Assist procedures
Managing stock in accordance with Stock on Hand policies
Ensuring all required documentation is completed for each customer interaction
About you:
Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
Reliable, trustworthy, and someone who takes pride in a job well done
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
Comfortable with physical work, including regular lifting (average 17kg)
Current forklift licence (LF or LO)
Minimum MR driver’s licence
Good computer skills and strong attention to detail
Committed to safety and maintaining high standards
Confident communicator with basic written English skills
Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
