Location:  Peterborough (We believe in the power of in-person collaboration, and our hybrid model requires colleagues to be in the office a minimum of 40% of their time)  

Salary: A competitive salary from £30,880 depending on the experience you can bring

The Manager’s role is to lead, engage, coach and develop your team, who will deliver an exceptional service to customers and peers alike. You’ll be responsible for making your team a great place to work through inspirational and aspirational leadership, taking your team on a journey to success.

You will continuously review, develop, and improve your team and departmental processes and procedures.

What We Need From You:

Previous experience of working in a similar environment is key, we need to see evidence of people management experience. We also look for a strong awareness of operational risk management and continuous improvement.

What’s in it for you?

  • We’re serious about your future and our enhanced pension scheme is now in place.  We ask you to contribute 3% of your salary to your pension and we’ll put in 9%.  If you decide to contribute more, we’ll match it up to a combined total of 20% of your salary (that’s 7% from you and 13% from us).

  • 34 days leave per year (including bank holidays, pro-rated for part-time)

This role is involved in activities covered by FCA Training and Competence Sourcebook including the need to attain qualifications within agreed timescale as a condition of employment.  This requirement forms part of fit and proper assessment for Senior Management and Certification regime certification.
