Job purpose :

The main objective is to provide product and service information, answer questions, and resolve problems. Interact with customers to address their concerns, respond to inquiries, and assist with their needs.

Main Accountabilities  :

  • Responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails. 
  • Experience working with customer support.
  • Take ownership of customer issues. 
  • Troubleshoot problems and drive resolutions. 
  • Escalate unresolved issues to relevant internal teams.
  • Handling customer complaints. 
  • Tracking orders and do follow up. 
  • Willingness to work flexible working hours with 1st & 2nd shift.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Outlook & Excel. 
  • Familiar with Local + 2 regional languages.
  • Good communication skills in English.

  • Education - Any Graduate
