As a Customer Service Representative at Össur, you will support our Medical Orthotist Prosthetists customers, as well as the team internally. You will ensure our customers receive the best possible service, by processing and enhancing orders and coordinating with internal departments, while also supporting the rest of the customer care team. In addition, the position provides local support to the regional Financial Shared Service (FSS) team, covering Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities. You will be part of a team consisting of 4 employees, which are based in our office in Cape Town, and you´ll report to Customer Operations Manager.
