Customer Care Representative - French

Within the group, Orascoptic is a dental loupes business that is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing customer service to dental professionals and our sales representatives in Europe.

What is your role going to look like?

• As a member of the European team, you will be supporting primarily the French, Spanish, Portuguese, English, and Irish markets.
• Act as a primary point of contact for our clients, handling their requests, orders, and possible complaints.
• Work with or assist cross-functional departments within the company.
• You will cooperate with our manufacturing facility in Jicin and the sales team for the related markets.
• A big part of your day will involve order management – receiving, monitoring, reviewing, and processing customer orders in Oracle and SAP.
• You can expect to receive requests primarily via email (CRM), via phone, and via Teams chat.

• C2 / Native level of French and a fluent level of English.
