Key Responsibilities

  • Track and follow up on open and delayed orders to ensure timely closure
  • Monitor and register distributor incidents in the CRM system
  • Support forecast analysis and data validation processes
  • Perform preventive follow-up on shipments to minimize issues
  • Assist in managing tasks and commitments arising from distributor meetings
  • Provide operational coverage during team absences
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing credit notes and service issues
