This role is open at both Associate and Senior Associate levels. Responsibilities, scope, and expectations will be aligned to experience.
About The Team
You will join our Customer Base Sales and Sales Development team selling into enterprise level clients across the world. You will work inside our Sales & Marketing function with a core focus on opportunity creation and demand generation. You will join a high performing team that thrives in a high-performance environment. We are an international and super fun team that is diverse and collaborative.
About The Person
You are a team player with a positive can-do attitude and entrepreneurial mindset. Ideally, you have a strong understanding of Workday and or other HR and Finance platforms. You are located near our sales hub in Belfast or Indianapolis, and are happy to go into the office 1-2 days a week.
You thrive in a dynamic fast-moving environment that is constantly adapting to change. Willingness to travel at least once per quarter for client visits, conferences, and user groups. This person flourishes in a quota driven, highly competitive, high performance environment. You pose the ability to plan and prioritise your time effectively to meet deadlines in accordance with business and customer requirements.

About The Job
Identifying opportunity to grow ARR and product installation within an existing base of customers in your defined territory. You will be the first Sales Development lead for our customer base across a set of defined Accounts Globally. You will work in partnership with a group of highly experienced account managers who will work in close partnership with you providing 1:1 mentorship and a close knit group of peers to work alongside. This role will have the opportunity to develop the Customer Base Sales Development function and provides room for growth as the function expands.
