Role Description:
We are seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to develop and execute programs that deepen customer engagement, strengthen retention, and elevate the overall client experience across the CoStar portfolio. This role will play a key part in driving long term customer value through targeted campaigns, lifecycle initiatives, and industry recognition programs.
This position will also own the strategy and execution of CoStar’s premier CRE awards programs, including Power Brokers and Impact Awards, ensuring they drive customer engagement, brand authority, and revenue impact.
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing, this role will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Research, Analytics, and Product Marketers to execute marketing initiatives that strengthen client relationships and support revenue growth. This is a hands-on role ideal for a collaborative marketer who is both strategic and execution focused.
This position is in Arlington, VA and in office Monday through Friday.
