Who we are looking for
We are looking for a Custody Account officer, reporting directly to the local Head of Custody Management Services in Paris.
In this role, by collaborating daily with colleagues across Europe, Asia, and the US, you will perform a wide range of first level controls across our Custody activity and act as a key operational and client facing contributor within the Paris team.
This position is ideal for someone who values precision, accountability, teamwork, and a high quality service mindset — someone who enjoys working in an international environment and developing their expertise step by step.
You don’t need years of experience, just strong analytical skills, attention to detail, good communication abilities, and the ambition to develop within a global financial institution.

This Custody Account officer role is essential because it contributes directly to the quality, reliability, and transparency of our custody operations. As the first line of supervision over multiple operational teams and a direct point of contact for our clients, the Custody Account officer helps maintain accurate records, prevent operational risk, strengthen client confidence, and uphold our global risk culture.

What you will be responsible for
As a Custody Account Services, Associate 1, you will:
=> The account officer is the first level of support for asset management companies and fund administration teams. They are responsible for centralizing all requests and responding to them — either directly when they have the information, or by consulting other internal departments in order to provide the client with a complete and accurate answer.
