POSITION SUMMARY:
The Cultivation Supervisor oversees and supports the cultivation team to ensure seamless operations and the production of high-quality cannabis. The Cultivation Supervisor assists in all day-to-day management responsibilities across the various parts of the cultivation facility including but not limited to cloning, vegetation, transplanting, flowering, pruning, irrigation, nutrient systems, IPM, harvest, waste disposal, and inventory management. This position will be expected to keep detailed records across the specific areas of cultivation to ensure our team meets company quality standards and state compliance expectations.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk or hear, use hands to finger or feel, reach with hands and arms, and lift up to 50 pounds. The employee is occasionally required to lift up to 100 pounds. This position requires close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less), peripheral vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point), depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships).
