The Opportunity
The Cultivation QMS & Documentation Coordinator will support the Cultivation Operation through their work to centralize and standardize the maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) changes and updates as well as being responsible for timely updates to the Quality Management System (QMS).
Responsibilities
QMS Documentation & SOP Management
Support change controls, deviations, CAPAs, and related documentation by drafting, tracking, and updating records based on input from cultivation and QA
Coordinate and execute documentation changes arising from process improvements, site changes, or integration activities
Maintain, format, update, and version cultivation‑related SOPs, work instructions, and supporting documents within the QMS
Operational Support:
Act as a central point of contact for cultivation documentation needs across all Cultivation sites
Work with cultivation managers and SMEs to capture process changes accurately without requiring them to complete full QMS entries themselves
Track documentation status, approvals, and timelines to ensure changes progress efficiently
Standardization & Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to streamline documentation workflows and reduce rework or duplication
Support audits and inspections by ensuring cultivation documentation is current and organized
Cross‑Functional Coordination
Liaise with QA to ensure documentation meets quality and compliance requirements, while remaining embedded within the cultivation function
Support integration‑related documentation activities tied to the former Supreme sites
Experience & Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in documentation, administrative coordination, or quality system support
Strong written communication skills with high attention to detail
Experience working with controlled documents, templates, or formal approval workflows
Comfort working in structured, regulated environments (e.g., manufacturing, food, pharma, cannabis, life sciences)
Exposure to QMS platforms or document control systems
Experience supporting SOPs, work instructions, or process documentation
Familiarity with cultivation, manufacturing, or operations‑focused environments

This is a full-time, on site position based out of Tiverton, Ontario.
Salary Range: $65,000 CAD
