About the role:

As a Culinary Intern, you will support daily kitchen operations while gaining hands‑on experience in a luxury hospitality environment. Under the guidance of our culinary leadership, you will learn professional kitchen standards, food preparation techniques, and the importance of teamwork - building a strong foundation for a successful culinary career.

What You will do:

• Assist chefs with basic food preparation and daily kitchen tasks.
• Support mise en place and ensure ingredients are prepared according to standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in all work areas.
• Follow standard recipes and assist with plating and presentation.
• Adhere to HACCP, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times.
• Support different kitchen sections and assist during events and service periods.

What You will bring:

• Strong interest in culinary arts and hospitality.
• Culinary school enrollment or recent graduation is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work well in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment.
• Basic English communication skills.

This job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the country of Czech Republic or EU Passport.

This position is offered for a defined period of time of 6 months with a possibility of extension to unlimited contract based on your performance. Your trial period will be 3 months.
