GE Healthcare has launched a new line-up of Computed Tomography (CT) portfolio powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and cutting-edge hardware. The CT business has been one of the fastest-growing modalities in the AKA region, with customer demand continuing to rise. Reporting to the CT Modality Leader – AKA, the Business Leader – CT (Computed Tomography), Korea is responsible for shaping, implementing, and executing the CTs business strategy for both equipment and service, driving market share gain and profitable growth in Korea.
This role requires close collaboration with International / Global modality and product leaders, Zone General Manager, Imaging Sales Leaders, and Service commercial Leaders to deliver Imaging Orders, Sales, Contribution Margin, and Market Share. Acting as the Korea voice to the INTL / Global Modality team, the Business Leader ensures that local market needs are reflected and secures global support to win and grow the CT business.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Business Leader leads the CT Korea team, with direct responsibility for Product Sales Specialists (PSS) and Applications Specialists (Apps), ensuring alignment of sales strategy, clinical excellence, customer training, and post-sales support. The leader provides coaching, performance management, and career development for the PSS and Apps teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability while aligning team priorities with CT business objectives to maximize customer value and market impact.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Serve as a CT product subject matter expert and technical liaison to the sales organization with the goal of strengthening technical capabilities of the team and customer relationships, while also driving business opportunities forward.
- Develops & delivers Korea zone strategies for CT modality taking into account on competitive approaches & local market dynamics.
- Develops and manages regional collaboration and reference sites for the specific CT segment. Owns the relationship with KOL of their segment in the Region
- Advise and influence CT tender technical specs by consulting hospital Radiologist, Technologist, CT Radiographers, BME etc.
- Act as focal point for Sales team, identify customer satisfaction issues, assist in escalations, problem determination and specialty training requests.
- Commercial strategy, product-positioning, pricing and configuration, answering and adapting to market needs and Zone strategy.
- Drive share growth and go-to-market strategy of the respective CT portfolio, including, product positioning, catalog activation, pricing, training, pilot site support , adopting to market needs
- Owns product marketing activities for Korea.
- Provides comprehensive and continuous sales training and collects detailed competitive intelligence information for effective objection handling.
- Delivers high quality customer presentations that support the CT value propositions
- CT product and technical support to the PSS, Zone, Sales Leader – Imaging, Account managers and channel partners.
- Provide data to Sales teams with competitive intel/analysis (strength/weaknesses) and create defend/push collators
- Break into Academic & strategic accounts by demonstrating technology leadership in the segment
- Facilitate effective communication & collaboration within the Zone/Product matrix organization. Share and follow-up identified leads to other product lines within own accounts and or One GEHC accounts
- Works closely with the Clinical Marketing and Education team to generate relevant clinical evidence and marketing programs for the segment.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s / Bachelor degree or higher with minimum of 15 years on Computed Tomography (CT) / Capital Medical equipment product sales/ Clinical / management or product marketing or related experience. .
- Demonstrated ability to influence and work with C-level executives of established large clients in Healthcare Industry
- Exemplary people management, leadership skills, as well as sales coaching & team building skills
- Strong business acumen; financial and organizational & Advanced negotiation, problem solving and influencing skills
- Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization and work in a matrix environment
- Outstanding writing, presentation, commercial and communication skills.
- Strong leadership, collaboration skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent oral and written English language skills
- Can-do attitude, flexible, intellectually curious, willing to work with cross-functional, global team
