Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for clinical application training on customer CT equipment, covering topics such as operational protocols, image quality optimization, and specialized scanning techniques, ensuring that users have a comprehensive understanding of the equipment’s functions and operating procedures. • Respond promptly and resolve clinical technical issues encountered by customers during the use of CT equipment, providing professional support and guidance to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- Proactively collect customer feedback on product features, operational logic, and other aspects; after organizing and analyzing the feedback, submit it to the R&D team to support product iteration and optimization.
- Collaborate with the sales department to conduct pre-sales technical demonstrations and solution presentations, and participate in marketing activities such as trade shows and academic conferences to highlight the clinical value of our products.
- Conduct CT product knowledge and clinical application training for internal sales teams, after-sales engineers, and distributor teams to enhance the team’s professional technical service capabilities.
- Support key customers in conducting clinical research collaborations and assist in identifying and promoting innovative application models for CT equipment across multiple scenarios.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Medical Imaging or Medical Imaging Technology, with an English proficiency level of CET-4 or higher;
- Preference given to candidates with experience in radiology or training experience in the use of CT equipment;
- Proficient in office software such as PowerPoint and Excel, with excellent skills in creating teaching materials and delivering engaging on-site presentations.
- Strong communication and expression skills, with a strong service mindset, team spirit, and stress tolerance.
- Able to adapt to frequent business trips.
