The CST Industry Coordinator role is responsible for organizing and coordinating events around the Mercer industry networking groups in order to increase the quality of the critical clients’ database as well as driving market research Mercer runs together with Industry clients.
We will count on you to:
Project manage all activities related to industry networking events
Support research initiatives and run spot polls that are subject to the networking events
Participate in events, analyze survey data, prepare presentations and present results in order to advise international clients on Mercer Industry products, services, and methodology
Engage in other Industry team activities e.g creating monthly newsletter or conducting internal trainings.
What you need to have:
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a comp & ben and/or customer support environment
Proven facility to develop a network of contacts, internal and external, for knowledge sharing
Proficient communication skills and ability to communicate effectively across different levels of the organization (internally and externally) with strong abilities to present and lead projects
Advanced presentation skills
Fluent written and spoken English (C1+ minimum)
