Job Description:
Purpose Intro
This role is part of the CSO (Chief Security Office) Corporate Security Governance and Controls Oversight global department, responsible for managing and controlling the risk profile of the bank. It covers various aspects of the risk lifecycle of the Bank and CSO Corporate Security.
Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of the Risk Management and Control Framework Specialist are:
- Support managing CSO Corporate Security controls environment and relevant processes globally, act as the interface to relevant stakeholders.
- Co-assess and co-monitor non-compliance of CSO Corporate Security controls, manage related process. Address issues initiating activities for their remediation to achieve controls compliance.
- Support managing the Annual Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process in the regions, monitor granularity data and coordinate identified inconsistencies or non-compliance.
- Support the Annual Control Certification process by reviewing the complete Control Design, monitor progress of ServiceNow actions, alert stakeholders about potential roadblocks, and propose effective solutions.
- Support in managing external vendor relations within Corporate Security.
- Track deliverables, prepare reports and presentations for senior management, including monthly management team reporting.
Skills
- Business-fluent in English
- Experience in handling governance, key controls and risk control assessments and requirements, assessing status quo, identifying potential gaps
- Several years of experience in a similar role, e.g. operational risk, risk control, compliance
- Experience working with various risk / control departments
- Knowledge of physical security preferred
- Analytical thinking, excellent written and spoken communication, project management skills, team player
