- Bachelor’s degree.
- Commercial / logistics/supply chain work experience is an advantage.
- 5+ years’ working experience as a CSC team leader.
- Business acumen.
- Strategic thinking & management skills.
- Strong data analysis skill.
- Problem solving and target oriented.
- Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Able to see the whole picture, as well as have an eye for details.
- Fast learner.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Familiar with office software.
