What You'll Be Doing
- Operate and monitor crushing equipment to ensure safe and efficient production
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment
- Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and production targets
- Communicate with team members to coordinate material flow and resolve issues
- Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with site standards
What Are We Looking For
- Ability to operate heavy equipment and mechanical systems safely and effectively
- Strong awareness of safety practices in an industrial environment
- Capability to perform basic equipment checks and identify issues
- Dependable communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced production setting
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
What We Offer
- $29.42 per hour plus and additional $0.50 per hour 2nd shift rate
