🛠️ Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute and coordinate cross‑border ground shipments, ensuring timely pickup, transit, and delivery in line with customer requirements and service level agreements.

  • Provide proactive shipment visibility and customer communication, responding to requests promptly and managing critical or high‑priority loads with accuracy and urgency.

  • Manage daily interaction with carriers and vendors, ensuring capacity availability, tracking milestones, and resolving operational issues that may impact service.

  • Monitor and control operational performance, identifying risks such as delays or potential line stoppages and taking immediate corrective action.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders (commercial, customer service, procurement) to ensure smooth execution, continuous improvement, and consistent customer experience.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in cross-border ground transportation operations, preferably within freight forwarding or logistics companies.

  • Proven ability to manage high shipment volumes (ideally 300+ cross-border shipments per month) in fast‑paced environments.

  • Strong customer-facing and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage time‑critical shipments and operational escalations.

  • Solid knowledge of cross-border execution, including carrier coordination, milestones tracking, and service level management.

  • Conversational English proficiency, with flexibility to support critical situations outside regular business hours when required.
