CRM Specialist

Netherlands - Amsterdam Office Full time

As CRM Specialist, you help set up, launch, and monitor campaigns that support acquisition, growth, and engagement across the customer lifecycle using email, app notifications, WhatsApp, and SMS. You assist in building, scheduling, segmenting, and personalizing campaigns, testing, and deployment, making sure each campaign meets business and quality standards. You help manage the CRM campaign calendar and support the daily operation of automated marketing journeys. 

You act as a contact for CRM in eastern time zones and provide support to local teams in their CRM activations. You participate in the training of new users, adoption of new features or channels, write documentation and guides, and share ideas for improvements. You keep up with CRM trends, follow compliance rules, and work with vendors, agencies, and the product owner team to drive innovation when needed. You look for ways to streamline work, use campaign data to track performance, and help promote a culture of experimentation and testing in the team. You are part of a diverse and talented global eCommerce team with a shared goal to drive and scale profitable growth. 

This role is based on site reporting to the Senior CRM Manager that is based in Amsterdam. 

 

About you 

  • Two years or more in a CRM or marketing support role 

  • Highly organized; experienced handling documentation and managing community collaboration channels. 

  • Comfortable in a fast paced and highly driven international e-commerce environment 

  • Experience with campaigns across email, app notifications, WhatsApp, and SMS 

  • Familiar with analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics 

  • Data-driven, experimentation / pioneering mindset 

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar tool is preferred 

  • Knowledge of AMP script, HTML/CSS, and SQL is helpful 

  • Understanding of data privacy and compliance basics 

  • Collaborative team player with good communication skills 

  • Fluent in English; additional language(s) is an advantage
