As a CRM Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for all CRM administrator activities within the U.S. Commercial ADC business, including onboarding, development, vendor relations, user management, reporting, and marketing enablement through CLM (Closed Loop Marketing). The role will also drive channel integrations, Next Best Action strategies, and analytics initiatives to deliver a unified, consistent, and best-in-class digital experience.
As the CRM Solutions Manager, you will work with cross-functional teams to operationalize GTM strategies, prioritize enhancements, manage timelines, and coordinate with Abbott stakeholders in the US. You will be responsible for reporting system performance, adoption metrics, and enablement progress to ADC senior management.

Managing Veeva CRM platform administration and requirements.
Enabling omnichannel marketing integration and CLM content deployment.
Developing advanced reporting and analytics dashboards for sales and marketing.
Implementing Next Best Action strategies to optimize sales engagement.
Supporting AI-driven initiatives for personalization and predictive insights.
Manage Veeva CRM platform administration.
System Configuration & Maintenance – Ensure the Veeva CRM platform is properly configured, updated, and compliant with business and regulatory requirements.
User Management & Support – Handle onboarding, permissions, troubleshooting, and training to keep users productive and engaged.
Data Integrity & Reporting – Maintain clean, accurate data and deliver actionable dashboards and reports for decision-making.
Integration & Enablement – Connect CRM with marketing, Veeva Vault PromoMats (Closed-Loop Marketing), analytics, and other systems to enable seamless workflows and omnichannel engagement.
Process Optimization & Governance – Identify inefficiencies, enforce best practices, and implement improvements to maximize CRM adoption and ROI.
Oversee vendor relationships and coordinate development efforts for CRM enhancements.
Drive adoption of Next Best Action strategies and marketing automation workflows.
Partner with analytics teams to design dashboards, reports, and predictive models.
Support AI-driven initiatives for personalization and engagement optimization.
Serve as a mentor and change agent for CRM best practices and marketing enablement.
Accountability / Scope / Budget
Responsible for strategic CRM administration and marketing enablement initiatives impacting U.S. Commercial ADC.
Projects under this role will have material business impact, influencing sales effectiveness and marketing ROI.
Highly visible role accountable for liaising with management, driving alignment on key decisions, and reporting to senior leadership.
Will lead a matrix team with a high degree of accountability to ensure timely delivery and adoption of CRM capabilities.
Experience You’ll Bring
Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
Experience in CRM administration (Veeva strongly preferred) and marketing technology integration.
Strong understanding of CRM data models, user management, and compliance requirements.
Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) and middleware tools for connecting CRM to marketing and analytics platforms.
Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data governance best practices.
Understanding of regulatory compliance (FDA, ISO, HIPAA) and data privacy standards.
Experience with CLM (Closed-Loop Marketing), omnichannel/optichannel marketing, and analytics platforms.
Ability to synthesize complex requirements and work cross-functionally with business, IT, legal, privacy, compliance and vendor stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to influence stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with enterprise solutions and migrations in healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals.
Hands-on experience with Veeva CRM, Salesforce (Apex, SOQL), SQL, JavaScript, and API integrations.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in CRM and marketing.
Knowledge of agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery.
Experience working in a global environment with cross-time-zone collaboration.
