Job Description Summary
Job Title: CRM & Research Intern (2‑Month Contract)
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented CRM & Research Intern to support the build‑out of a custom Airtable CRM designed to enhance business development across Cushman & Wakefield. This short‑term role will play a key part in accelerating our data infrastructure, improving lead generation, and strengthening cross‑team collaboration. The ideal candidate is organized, tech‑savvy, and comfortable conducting online research and working with large datasets.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Upload stacking plans from CoStar into the Airtable CRM.
• Verify tenant occupancy and update building information.
• Research and identify decision‑makers using company websites, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo.
• Enter and maintain accurate contact information within Airtable.
• Link stacking plans to decision‑makers to complete CRM records.
• Support data cleanup, organization, and migration from legacy systems.
• Assist with general CRM optimization tasks as needed.
Qualifications
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Data Management, or a related field.
• Strong research skills and comfort navigating online business directories and professional platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Airtable experience is an asset but not required).
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Interest in commercial real estate, data management, or business development is an asset.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $18.70 - $22.00 CAD Hourly
