What is the opportunity?

We are seeking an experienced CRM Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our CRM and email marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will drive strategic planning, lead cross-functional teams, and oversee campaign performance to support key business objectives. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with 2-5 years of CRM and email marketing experience who is ready to take ownership of marketing initiatives.

What will you do:

  • Lead CRM initiatives from strategy through execution, including campaign planning, audience segmentation, and performance optimization
  • Lead cross-functional meetings with Marketing, Digital, Product, and Analytics teams to align requirements, establish timelines, and drive campaign success
  • Oversee email campaign execution, including gathering requirements, developing briefs, managing content production, QA, and deployment
  • Lead direct communications with stakeholders via email and presentations to ensure clarity, alignment, and accountability on campaign status and deliverables
  • Ensure compliance and quality of all email content, design, and targeting against brand standards, accessibility guidelines, and regulatory requirements (e.g., privacy, CASL)
  • Optimize email performance through content and layout improvements, A/B testing, and data-driven recommendations to enhance user experience and engagement
  • Track, analyze, and report on email and CRM performance, compiling actionable insights and metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Lead process improvements in email and CRM workflows, establishing best practices, documentation, and templates for team consistency

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

  • 2-5 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, marketing automation, or a related field
  • Proven experience leading projects, campaigns, or initiatives independently
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Advanced organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of email marketing best practices, including design, segmentation, content strategy, and deployment
  • Knowledge of privacy laws and email regulations (e.g., CASL) and ability to ensure compliance
  • Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting marketing metrics to inform strategy

Nice to have:

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo)
  • Expertise in data-driven marketing, advanced segmentation, or analytics
  • Certification or coursework in email marketing, digital marketing, or CRM
  • Project management or demonstrated workflow management expertise
