As our CRM & Loyalty Manager ANZ, you will lead the way in creating thoughtful, data-driven retention experiences that create meaningful moments between Nando’s and our customers through our loyalty program PERi-Perks.
In this role, you’ll shape how we talk to our biggest fans, how we keep them coming back for more, and how we build loyalty that lasts. From crafting personalised communication to evolving our loyalty proposition, you’ll make sure every interaction feels warm, welcoming, and unmistakably Nando’s.
Ultimately, you’ll be a champion of our customers—helping us understand them better, celebrate them more often, and keep Nando’s a place they trust, enjoy, and can’t wait to return to.
What You’ll Be Firing Up
Bring customer data to life by using Braze and our other tools to build thoughtful segments, personalised journeys and automated flows that keep fans feeling seen, valued, and well looked after.
Work side-by-side with our Brand team to shape how we show up across our digital spaces for all our campaigns—from inboxes to app screens - ensuring our voice always feels authentically Nando’s.
Take the lead on CRM reporting, keeping a close eye on engagement, loyalty journeys, campaign performance and the impact your work has on revenue and growth - always helping us to understand what’s working and where we can turn up the heat.
The Skills to Set You on Fire:
Proven experience in CRM, loyalty program management or data driven marketing.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Proven expertise in using CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze, Salesforce, etc.) and a strong understanding of Martech.
A marketing-related qualification or experience in a similar role.
People person vibes—great at building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

This is a full time, 8 months fixed term contract based in Melbourne, from our purpose-built office in Richmond, on hybrid basis. You will require the right to work in Australia on full time basis.
