Wunderflats is looking for a Senior CRM Lead to take full ownership of lifecycle marketing across both sides of our marketplace — landlords and tenants.
This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who enjoys building, shaping, and running CRM end-to-end. You’ll define how lifecycle marketing works at Wunderflats: from strategy and journey design to automation, optimisation, and commercial impact. You’ll report directly to the CMO and work closely with teams across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Data.
This role is ideal for an experienced CRM professional who wants real ownership, not a narrow execution slice and who’s motivated by turning lifecycle thinking into measurable growth.

This role exists to turn that opportunity into impact: designing how lifecycle marketing works at scale, connecting user intent with the right message at the right time, and establishing CRM as a powerful, measurable growth channel.
You will own CRM and lifecycle marketing end-to-end, across strategy, execution, and performance.
Your work will include:
Supply (Landlords)
• Activate and nurture new leads through to first listing
• Reactivate inactive or churned landlords
• Align CRM flows closely with Sales and activation pipelines
Demand (Tenants)
• Segment users based on intent and behaviour
• Improve visit-to-booking-request conversion
• Re-engage inactive users and encourage repeat usage
Collaboration & Ways of Working
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, Paid Media, Content, and Data teams
• Lead through expertise, structure, and influence — not hierarchy
• Use freelancers or external partners where it adds value
