The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Brand Management, Marketing and Sales team you coordinate studio requests, assign tasks, facilitate communication, and oversee daily workflow. As a Senior Associate, you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain exemplary standards. You focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, while supporting project managers, contacting vendors for quotes, improving studio operations, purchasing stock assets, handling invoicing, and managing users and video assets in the digital studio system.

Responsibilities

The Salesforce Data Quality Analyst reports to the Salesforce Operations and Data Quality Manager and is responsible for maintaining and improving the accuracy of CRM data, including accounts, contacts, leads, campaigns and opportunities. This role conducts regular audits, performs data cleansing, and assists cross-functional teams to ensure data is reliable for Marketing and Sales initiatives.

Main tasks are:

• Maintain and update Salesforce CRM records for accounts, contacts, leads, campaigns, and opportunities, ensuring all required fields are complete and accurate, and merge duplicates according to data governance guidelines.

• Conduct routine audits to monitor data quality, identify and escalate issues, and track recurring data concerns in Salesforce.

• Perform data cleansing by cleaning, standardizing, enriching, and validating CRM data in Salesforce using appropriate tools.

• Support the Marketing Automation team by assisting with data-related inquiries, ensuring CRM data is accurate and ready for use in outreach and campaigns, and maintaining data consistency through management of picklists and validation rules.

• Document and maintain data quality procedures, assist with implementing new governance processes, and provide feedback to enhance data workflows and user onboarding

Required Skills

  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience using Salesforce CRM or any other CRM including data management E2E (standardization, deduplication, validation, cleansing, updating, quality improvement). 

  • Digital Tools:

  • Salesforce or any other CRM such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Hubspot, Zoho, others

  • Data import/export tools (Salesforce Data Loader, Import Wizard) is a plus

  • PowerBI: Advanced. Preferable with ability to create dashboards from zero, DAX formulas.

  • Alterix: nice to have or open to upskill & use.

  • Excel: advanced

  • Language: English advanced (both oral & written). Will attend weekly status calls. French language skills is a plus

  • Softs skills: highly oriented to detail, strongly analytical, problem-solving, proactive, independent and team player, excellent communication skills to attend calls & provide support to stakeholders, think critically, open to learn and adapt quickly, provide new ideas on how improve quality of data.
