Define system requirements and customize the platform enabling users to get the most out of Salesforce technology and make the platform work for the company's goals
Make it as easy as possible for users of any technical level to use Salesforce
Salesforce administration including; user management, reports and dashboards, assisting users with core salesforce functionality, data integrity, resolving config bugs and utilising data loader to update, insert records
Be the first point of contact for new feature requests and changes to existing features, including conducting research to reach optimal solutions
Work with various functions (sales, customer service, marketing) to understand their business processes and requirements, resolving service requests, sharing regular updates, and escalating requests where appropriate
Partner with IT team to design, build, test, and deploy platform solutions for business stakeholders
Provide training on CRM features, processes, releases, and products
Stay current on the platform’s new tools, capabilities, and updates
What will convince us
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields with profound working experience
Several years of experience in the administration of the Salesforce CRM solution
Relevant Salesforce Certifications like Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce App Builder certification required
Familiarity with sales business processes and functional relationships
Solid experience in end user trainings and very good communication skills
Strong troubleshooting, logical and analytical skills
Fluent English is a must, additional languages are an advantage
You are able to work under pressure and have good time and deadline management skills
