We’re looking for a CRM & Automation Specialist (Pardot) to design, build and optimise customer and sales journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
 
This role is responsible for creating structured nurture programmes, campaign journeys and sales enablement automations that support pipeline growth and customer engagement across the UK business.
 
You will translate commercial objectives into scalable, automated CRM journeys — working closely with Sales and Product teams to ensure the right message reaches the right audience at the right time.
 
This is a hands-on role focused on journey execution, nurture strategy and lifecycle optimisation, rather than platform architecture or heavy technical development
