As a Critical Response Specialist, you’ll play a hands-on role in protecting our global community and upholding the values that guide how we show up for one another.
This role sits within our Critical Response function, working cross-functionally with Legal, Policy, Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams to investigate severe harms and manage sensitive escalations. You’ll operate within established frameworks while exercising sound judgment, curiosity, and empathy, and you’ll use evolving tools — including AI-supported workflows — to help deliver timely, consistent responses rooted in Respect and Excellence.
