Operations Technology supports the day-to-day work that goes on behind the scenes to deliver exceptional experiences to our customers. You’ll be working on innovative projects that are critical to the bank’s integrity, resilience and compliance posture.  

As the Crew Tech Lead, you’ll guide a diverse, cross-functional engineering crew, championing delivery excellence and team growth in an Agentic AI environment. You’ll play a pivotal role in building solutions that harness data and artificial intelligence to drive innovation, customer intelligence and enterprise-wide decision-making. 

• Lead and manage a high-performing engineering crew, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning. 

• Shape the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals. 

• Champion engineering best practices. 

We’re interested in hearing from people who have: 

• Proven experience in leading engineering teams of ~70 people within an enterprise, cloud-native AI platform environment

• A strong background in software engineering and MLOps, with hands-on coding experience in one or more of the following: dot net, Java, Python, React  

• Experience of AWS and Pega would be desirable 

• Strategic thinking and experience of solution architecture. 

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align business objectives with technology strategy.
