About the Role
• To maximize debt recovery through inhouse collection actionsRoles and Responsibilities:
Make dunning calls to debtors
Respond to enquiries from former agents via phone or email
Prepare demand notices for debtors
Manage litigation matters handled by the Small Claims Tribunal
Assign cases to debt collection agencies
Handle administrative tasks related to debt collection agencies
Assist the team in driving automation initiatives
Minimum Job Requirements:
Secondary education or above with minimum 3-5 year’s relevant experience
Good telephone manner, mature and able to work independently
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good PC skills
Others:
