About the Role

• To maximize debt recovery through inhouse collection actions
• Well prepare and handling litigation matters in Small Claims Tribunal
• Closely follow up administrative works regarding debt collection agencies
• Properly conduct Inhouse collection actions according to the guideline

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Make dunning calls to debtors

  • Respond to enquiries from former agents via phone or email

  • Prepare demand notices for debtors

  • Manage litigation matters handled by the Small Claims Tribunal

  • Assign cases to debt collection agencies

  • Handle administrative tasks related to debt collection agencies

  • Assist the team in driving automation initiatives

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Secondary education or above with minimum 3-5 year’s relevant experience

  • Good telephone manner, mature and able to work independently

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good PC skills
