We are seeking a dynamic Credit Controller to lead receivable operations and financial governance across the Gulf and Eastern KSA region.

This role is pivotal in optimizing cash flow, ensuring compliance, and supporting commercial excellence through robust financial control and stakeholder collaboration.

YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Accounts Receivable (AR):

  • Oversee receivable operations across the Gulf and Eastern KSA region.
  • Implement effective credit control processes to optimize the Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC).
  • Ensure monthly reconciliation of customer balances and timely clearing of credit/debit notes.
  • Lead e-invoicing processes and manage overdue accounts to minimize bad debt.
  • Administer volume-based rebate controls and conduct DSO analysis.
  • Facilitate new customer onboarding and manage block order releases.

Financial Controls:

  • Design and enforce financial control procedures aligned with company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with Revenue Recognition and Market Place Spending policies.
  • Optimize revenue through strategic trade policy execution across GCC geographies.
  • Manage financial relationships with distributors and customers, ensuring timely payments.
  • Support internal and external audit processes and implement recommendations.

COSO & Governance:

  • Support Sales Directors in executing COSO initiatives and internal control testing.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.
  • Lead remediation of control deficiencies through stakeholder engagement.

  • Proven experience in Credit Control, AR Management, and Financial Analysis
  • Strong understanding of Audit, Compliance, ERP, and E-Invoicing Systems
  • Coaching and team support capabilities
  • Strategic mindset with experience in Revenue Optimization and Governance
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language understanding is a strong advantage
